Founded by the father and son team of Jaco and Jandre Eksteen, the team includes experienced instructors and H2A professionals who understand both the local South African ag workforce and the rigorous standards of American agricultural operations.
Together, our candidates receive hands-on instruction, real-world assessments, and verification services that reflect the skills employers value most—from truck driving skills to equipment operation and maintenance to fieldwork efficiency and workplace safety.
